To recharge in nature, to move, to remember what it really means to be human, away from the sirens and fast pace of city life, and to strengthen our community.Now we finally have the chance!Instead of seeing it as a "day retreat", think of it as a fun day out with friends… while also contributing to a great cause.I mean, not everyone can say:"Oh, my Sunday was great! I spent the day at a private castle by the sea, practised yoga, received a sound bath to the sound of the waves, and made some great new friends."Come with us to be Rapunzel for a day, or gaze out over Kingsgate Bay while keeping an eye out for pirates or Vikings!A day by the Caste and the Sea10am Arrival in Broadtstairs- for those who arrive by train we organise one group taxi to bring you from Broadstairs station to the Castle (not included in the cost, should be around £2-3 per person). We aim at the train 8.20 am from St. Pancras arrival at 10.02 am in Broadstairs. Return at 6.55pm. £43 without Railcard. Or you can drive!Light snacks/coffee/tea while we wait for everyone to arrive and settleYoga practice on the terrace (weather permitting) overlooking Kingsgate Bay (please bring your own mat).Walk down to Kingsbay through the Arch and up Botany Bay to return along the Cliff top walk where people can eat at the quaint Botany Bay Hotel restaurant or Pub food at Captain Digby overlooking the Castle. Or you can bring your own lunch!Sea dip! Weather permittingTea/Coffee/ Desert at the Castle Yoga Nidra and sound on the terrace (weather permitting)Closing Cirlce 6 pm-ish Waving goodbye, return to the station and LondonLaughter, so much laughterIn addition to contributing to your well-being and spirit of adventure, proceeds from your visit go towards the final phase of restoring the windows in the bedrooms where our creative residencies launch this September, which aim to support talent who are making the world a better place through their practice.
