Stemming from lived experience from the young age of 13 spending primary school years in special needs units while learning to read and write, James has over 2 decades of mounted experiences in the disability, healthcare, youth services and indigenous support sector. He has become a leader in his field with hard work and has a keen inclination to share his experience and learnings with others. James is a passionate advocate and educator in person-centred support delivery, and he has worked tirelessly to educate himself and others in appropriate, ethical and sustainable ways to support the ones in need through his consulting business Support Navigator.
