Working with anxiety is a dance of soothing and regulating, of finding strength, of making space, of meeting it and listening to its wisdom, and coming back to soothing, regulating and grounding.
Anxiety is often not the primary emotion. Often there is something underneath; something unheard; something suppressed; something protected.
In this practice we will use our bodies, our minds, our emotional and feeling energies to navigate the difficult experience of anxiety. We will use yoga practices to open energy flow, find strength, regulate the nervous system, and listen inwards to the stories our bodies have to tell us.
No previous experience needed.

What do you need to bring?
Just yourself in some soft comfortable clothes. Mats, blankets, tea and everything else you need should be in the studio.
