🏃♀️ It shows up at work, at home, in relationships, and in the smallest everyday moments.
💭 Sometimes it motivates us — but most of the time, it drains our energy, clouds our mind, and affects our health.
✨ There are ways, though, to understand stress better, stay grounded, protect our mental health, and live more mindfully 🌱.

📌 The main purpose of this training course is to give you practical know‑how 🎯 to handle stress, stay present, and understand what is happening in your body and mind. We will explore different situations that trigger stress reactions, explain them from a scientific perspective, and practice techniques for stress regulation. You will also learn various mindfulness methods and try them out directly 🧘♂️.
Participants will be actively involved 🙌, interact with each other, and be gently challenged in a safe and supportive learning environment 🛡️.

Anyone who wants to work on themselves 🌱, take a break from everyday pressure, and learn to live more consciously and peacefully.
📚 Course content:
The programme will be highly interactive 🎯 and requires your active participation. We will laugh 😄, work 🛠️, learn from each other 📖, reflect 🤔 and also relax 🧘.
