⚡ ECSTATIC BASS je vědomá „ecstatic dance“ party bez drog a alkoholu, kde se dočkáte i tvrdší elektronické taneční hudby.

Je to příležitost k obnovení spojení s vlastním tělem i duší, k uvolnění stresu, napětí i projevení emocí.

Najdete zde bezpečný prostor pro odevzdání se intuitivním pohybům všech tvarů, velikostí a rytmů, bez očekávání, hodnocení a s čistou myslí.


? Tanec začneme vedenou meditací, uzpůsobenou ke spojení s naším tělem, odpoutáním se od starostí každodenního života a přivedením naší pozornosti do přítomného okamžiku.


? Po meditaci hudba postupně stoupá od world bass a organic house, až dosáhne temného vrcholu chaotického drum and bass, hutného techna a dubstepu. Po tanci s našimi démony se nálada opět zjemní, získá hravý a radostný nádech, než se nakonec úplně uvolní do atmosféry mírumilovného klidu.

? Po DJ setu si také užijeme zvukovou lázeň pro zklidnění, podporu integrace zážitku a snazší návrat do běžného stavu vědomí.


? Na konci vás pozveme ke společnému sdílení zážitků, povídání kolem lehkého občerstvení a vůbec ke strávení příjemného času s druhými, než přijde čas se zase rozloučit.

- pohodlné oblečení, ve kterém se budete cítit příjemně a které nebude omezovat pohyb
- ideálně vlastní uzavřenou lahev
- dobrovolně občerstvení na společný stůl

⚡ ECSTATIC BASS is a sober and conscious "ecstatic dance" party, combined with heavy electronic bass music.

It is a way to release stress, reconnect with your body and soul, and even unblock buried emotions.

It is a safe space - for intuitive movement, of all shapes, speeds and sizes, without expectation or judgement, and without any drugs or alcohol.


? We start with a guided meditation, designed to connect you with your body, let you forget the stress and worries of your everyday life and bring you into the present moment.


? After the meditation, the music builds gently, through world bass and organic house, until reaching a dark climax of chaotic drum and bass, heavy techno, and deep dubstep. After dancing with our demons, the mood lightens with something playful and joyful, before finally relaxing into calm and peaceful vibes.

? We will also enjoy a sound bath after the DJ set, to calm down, support integration of the experience, and an easier re-entry into more normal states of consciousness.


? Finally, there is a chance to share anything you want to share about your experience, swap some jokes, eat some light snacks and generally relax together before saying goodnight.


? Bring with you:
- comfortable clothing that that you feel good in and that does not restrict your movement
- ideally your own water bottle
- optional snacks for the common table

In Yoga Freaks, there are changing rooms, showers, toilets, and mats and blankets for relaxation.
