Big Feelings, Small Bodies: Emotional Maturation Series

As we open the New Year, we’re happy to offer expat families a well-being and conscious parenting workshop, led by integral counsellor and emotional maturation specialist Eszter Saródy, offering a warm, supportive space for expat mothers of 0–3 year-olds to explore the emotional layers of early motherhood abroad. As a mother of three who once navigated the challenges of being an isolated expat parent without family support, Eszter brings both professional expertise and lived understanding.

Join us to feel supported, understood, and more connected—to your child, and to yourself—within a circle of fellow expat moms.
