In this workshop, we are simply noticing what we may have absorbed and what still feels truly alive for us now.

✨ This workshop is guided by the principles:
 – depth without heaviness
 – space without pressure
 – meaning without expectation

Through guided reflection and creative exploration, we will create space to:

? journal to notice where you feel lost or disconnected
? explore the 12 life areas wheel
? create a personal compass to guide you back to yourself
? use colours, symbols and creative materials
? reflect and share in a calm, welcoming space
