For Women is a friendly community for women in Torbay to create meaningful friendships, through learning, doing, sharing and having fun, whilst supporting local businesses and charities too.What to expect• 10 minute warm welcome and introduction from WNFW Founder, Annagail Leaman, and Alicia, who will be guiding the session. Alicia will explain what to expect and how movements can be adapted to suit your body, experience and comfort level.• 30 minutes of simple movements and stretches designed to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.• A calm, welcoming atmosphere with soft music and the room lit by fairy lights.• Alternative movements offered throughout the session, allowing you to work at a pace that feels right for you.• 10 minutes of pure "you" time. A chance to slow down, rest and unwind while your body and mind settle.
