Feelgood Friday - Yogalates with Ocean Yoga

Join Nikki this Friday for an uplifting and relaxing Yogalates session by the sea overlooking our stunning bay. Yogalates is a unique fusion exercise that combines elements of yoga and Pilates, focusing on enhancing flexibility, core strength and mindfulness to improve mobility, posture and overall body awareness and bring calm and positivity to your mind. Just wear comfy clothes you can move in, a bottle of water to keep hydrated and an exercise mat if you have one but, if not, a beach towel will do.
