Farm Estate and Succession Planning Workshop

A two-part series presented by Eric Weuve, ISU Extension and Outreach Farm Management specialist, and Jennifer Harrington, Attorney at Buchanan, Bibler, Gabor & Meis, LLP, designed to help farm families begin conversations about farm transition.

Registration for the two-session workshop is $75 per person, plus $40 for each additional family member (maximum $200 per family). Pre-registration is required by Friday, January 9, 2026, due to limited space. Registration includes a noon meal at each session (sponsored by Iowa Corn), a family copy of the Estate and Succession Planning for the Farm workbook, and a lifetime subscription to the ISU Center for Ag Law and Taxation’s new Estate and Succession Planning web portal.
