Welcome spring with a grounding morning of movement at Pinehurst.

Join us for a slow, intentional yoga flow designed to gently wake up the body and clear the mind as we transition into a new season. This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels.

Yoga will take place in our blue barn or greenhouse depending on weather. Both spaces offer a peaceful, plant-filled setting to slow down and unwind.

$18 per person
Limited seating

Bring your yoga mat (extras available if needed). Dressing in layers is encouraged.

If class is held in the greenhouse, placing a beach towel under your mat is recommended for added comfort on the gravel surface.

If class is held in the barn, we will have a foam layer down to help keep the space warmer and more comfortable.
