Yate Wellbeing Drop In
Run as part of the South Gloucestershire Wellbeing College, this informal weekly drop in runs every Tuesday from 1pm-2:30pm, and provides peer support around mental wellbeing. Come and meet others, learn about what helps improve and maintain good emotional wellbeing and try some new activities - including wellbeing taster sessions (e.g. mindfulness, tai chi, 5 ways to wellbeing) guest speakers, arts and crafts.
