He is the co-creator of over 100 Kundalini Clubbing events in Bristol and around the UK since 2014. At the Yuletide of the Winter Solstice at precisely 3.03pm, the sun stands still. This is a profound moment in the solar year, as a moment of stillness descends upon the Earth. It offers us an opportunity to meditate on our inner stillness and realise our timeless nature as a Soul, connected to the Spiritual light of the Sun (Sol). We are all lights, sons (and daughters) of the Sun. For 3 days the Sun appears to stand still before it is reborn for Christmas. These 3 days are mirrored in the divine feminine energy of the triple Goddess that rises up to meet the Solar Ray. As above, so below. This is an invitation into initiation: to come together and realise ourselves as the sacred mirror of the Heavens, and to honour our own Divine Feminine Shakti power. We will gently arouse, awaken and guide this Kundalini energy up through the 7 Chakras and into the ascended and eXpanded chakras, using a unique Kundalini Awakening practice devised by Mark. This has evolved from TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Kundalini Yoga. This will lead us to the beautiful Guided Meditation of the Alchemical Wedding of the Solar King and the Lunar Queen in the mind’s eye, bringing peace to the mind. This specifically activates the pineal gland and the pituitary gland, the divine glands which lead to the experience of the ‘Sacred Secretion’, the secret of all secrets. This inner Sacred Union heralds the rebirth of the inner sun, the Solar Logos, or Christos. In Divine Alignment we channel down the Christ Consciousness from the light of the Sun and our Soul to ascend our frequency into the 5D, giving birth to the New Earth through our collective energy field. The River Trym runs through this nature sanctuary which will carry the light codes out to the ocean and out into our beautiful planet, Earth.
