Experience the power of a long, nurturing practice over the day. Immerse yourself in Yoga, giving yourself time for mindful asana practice (physical postures), philosophy and pranayama (breath-practice) and deep relaxation.

Laura will give different options to allow you to practice according to your own energy levels – taking rest if you need to.
