An interactive, case-study based workshop on navigating complex and multi-layered employee relations cases involving performance/conduct, long term absence and grievances; looking at strategies to manage overlapping processes; the impact on individuals involved; mitigating risk; and finding solutions. Prepare to participate and share your employee relations best practices.

Natalie Ward, Partner
Natalie advises across a wide variety of sectors, covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a view to offering clients’ senior management and HR teams proactive advice and improved risk management for their businesses. Natalie advises extensively on management of capability and ill health issues, redundancy and collective consultations, acquisitions and disposals involving TUPE, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and discrimination. She regularly represents clients in complex employment tribunal litigation, often conducting her own advocacy.
Kerrie Hunt, Partner
Kerrie is Head of the Employment Team with extensive experience in advising on all aspects of her clients’ HR and People strategies. She works closely with the senior management and HR teams of regional, national and global clients and offers succinct, well-informed and tailored advice. Kerrie is also a keen advocate and litigator. People are at the heart of Kerrie’s practice and clients appreciate that Kerrie takes time to get to know their business and how they like to approach matters.
