Ed Drewitt, well-known author & expert naturalist will share with us his top tips for identifying birds by delving deeply into the make-up of their distinctive songs. We’ll start with some early fieldwork as our expert leads us out on a thrilling bird walk on the Downs discovering the extraordinary, varied patterns of birdsong of our Downs species. Back at the Botanic Garden site we’ll look in more depth at the theory over a cup of coffee & biscuit.
