- **Event Description**: Join us for this thrilling outdoor talk as we keep our eyes peeled & ears open for Bristol's famous Gorge inhabitants - the peregrine falcons - as they perch on the cliffs or call across the chasm! We'll have our telescopes at the ready! Expert naturalist Ed Drewitt will be revealing to us their secret natural history, following 26 years of study, as we relax & take in Bristol's most stunning views.
Peregrines have been nesting here since the early 1990s and by late June in most years, their young have left the immediate nest & will be flying around, practising their flying & hunting skills. If we are lucky, we may spot them flying past at eye level.
