With Mayor-Elect Frank Peranteau taking office in a few months, I’m hopeful for a new era of unity within our police department among department officers.
As a qualified and experienced former police officer, former Chief of Police in Bristol Borough, and a past District Judge; Frank brings firsthand knowledge of the challenges officers face and the leadership it takes to bring people together.
Our department has seen its share of internal division, but with someone who has worn the badge and understands the weight of the job, I believe we have a real chance to rebuild trust, morale, and professionalism from the top to the bottom.
That guy is somebody we should all come out in high numbers on this special night & support as he will be sworn in as the newly elected Mayor of Bristol Borough!
