9:30 - 10:00 a.m. - Event check-in

10 a.m. - Welcome and Trivia Contest

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Vote for your favorites in the Photo Contest

10:15 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Presentations
 
12:30 p.m.-2 p.m. - Lunch  "A cookout menu with some of summer's comforts"
Note: gluten free, vegetarian and vegan meal options must be selected when registering for the event.
