Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (NAEMT TECC) – 2 Day Course
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days
This NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care course is a comprehensive two day program designed to prepare responders to provide life saving care in high threat and dynamic environments. TECC bridges the gap between traditional EMS response and operational medical care during active violence, civil unrest, and other complex incidents.
Participants will receive 16 hours of structured, hands on instruction focused on evidence based trauma management and sound decision making under stress.
Course topics include:
• Hemorrhage control and tourniquet application
• Airway and breathing interventions
• Recognition and treatment of shock
• Rapid trauma assessment and treatment priorities
• Casualty movement and evacuation considerations
• Operational and threat based medical decision making
• Scenario driven team based training
This course is appropriate for EMS providers, law enforcement, fire personnel, security professionals, and qualified civilians seeking advanced trauma response skills.
Students who successfully complete the program will receive official NAEMT TECC certification and applicable continuing education credit.
