Understanding thresholds for escalation, onward referral, consent and confidentialityLearning Outcomes:To fully understand the thresholds for escalation of safeguarding and to understand the therpists role in keeping clients and their families safe.Facilitator:Dr. Karen Miller. BSc(Hons) Psychology. I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for more than 30 years in frontline safeguarding practice as a Head of Safeguarding working with CAMHS and in mental health. Between 2022 and 2024 I worked at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust as a Head of Safeguarding. I have a specialist interest in trauma and neurodiversity.
