Rhythm & Reps Demo/Donation Based Class

Rhythm & Reps is a new class that bring the heat with upbeat music, cardio bursts and resistance training using dumbbells, band and more!

This will be a Demo/Pop Up Class which will be added to our regular schedule in January 2026.

This class will be a donation-based class to benefit the East Bay Food Pantry.
Simply make a monetary donation at the front desk or bring a non-perishable food item. For a list of most needed items please visit the Food Pantry's website.
