The session is experienced lying down in stillness as a group, allowing sound to guide the body and mind out of busyness and into a calmer, more receptive state.

After arriving, finding your space, and settling in, we’ll begin with gentle breath awareness, a heart-led meditation, and intention setting, accompanied by the grounding bass drum. This opening supports connection and nervous system regulation, helping you arrive fully in the present moment.

From here, you’ll be immersed in rich, continuous sonic landscapes created with the gong, flow chime, crystal singing bowls, monochord, voice, and gentle percussion. These sounds are offered to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and retune the body toward its natural harmonic rhythms.

As the body rests and the mind softens, many people find it becomes easier to listen inwardly — to intuition, insight, or a quieter sense of inner knowing that can be harder to access in everyday life. What arises is always personal, and you’re simply invited to receive whatever the sound opens for you.

What makes this sound bath unique is the use of two instrument stations positioned at either side of the room, with participants nestled between them. This creates a fully immersive, 360° sonic experience that gently surrounds and supports the whole body.

After a brief period of silence for integration, the session closes with a gentle welcome back. You’ll then be offered herbal tea and a homemade dark chocolate treat to help ground you before heading home.
