Expect an exciting blend of jazz from this first outing of PMG led by guitarist Paul Mahon. There’s a thoughtful mix of ECM tunes by the likes of Pat Metheny, John Schofield and Chick Corea, interspersed with some choice standards. Paul is probably better known on the local scene as a bass player but has clocked up many performances on guitar. Bristol stalwarts Wherly (drums) and Benjy Muscat (upright bass) are the driving force in the rhythm section. Travis Glover is providing all things keys- and more. This is a brand new mix of musicians exploring a completely new repertoire- so come along and join the ride!
