Yoga with your baby every Tuesday morning this August to support your resilience and patience through the ups and downs of early parenting - For when baby groups stop over summer, but you're still craving a space to meet other new parent whilst looing after your body and mind.
Come as you are, move in a way that feels good, take a few grounding breaths, pause along the way and notice how strong you are - just by showing up.
Leave feeling a little a little more grounded and uplifted, having made space for you, with your baby by your side - or in your arms, in a sling, or whatever they need.
Whether post-partum Mum, Dad, adoptive parent, non-birthing parent or primary caregiver of any stripe, this space is for you to enjoy:
- Supportive (optional) sharing circle to normalise the challenges and joys
- Inclusive yoga, with lots of options for you to move or find stillness, in a way that feels good for you
- Calming and mindful breathwork
- Rest and relaxation meditations for tired energy
- A relaxed yoga class where you can feed, hold or change baby anytime - we often laugh a fair bit too!
- No previous yoga experience or fancy leggings needed
