Join Samantha Waterhouse, a Registered Nutritionist with years of experience in the paleo diet for an morning of paleo cooking, a mouth-watering lunch and a glass of organic wine.
She’ll teach you quick, easy and delicious paleo recipes to help you incorporate paleo eating into your lifestyle.
You’ll learn how to make main meals and simple desserts and snacks, which are all gluten and grain free, sugar free, dairy free, legume free, low carb, prepared with fresh, free range and organic ingredients. You will also receive all the class materials via email.
Learn about the Paleo Diet (aka, the "caveman diet"). The Paleo Diet mimics that of our early hunter-gatherer pre-agriculture diet and includes foods such as meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits and nuts.
This class will be a basic introduction to techniques and ingredients that will help you replace the gluten and grains in your meals with delicious nutrient dense foods. The recipes you will prepare will be gluten/grain free, dairy free, legume free and sugar free. This eating method may be your answer if you want to lose weight, increase your health and energy.

*All our classes are hands-on. Wear comfortable clothes with closed-toe non-slip shoes and bring your own apron and take away containers.
