Meditation course for Anxiety and Stress Relief - £35 / 5 weeks
This is an introductory course to Meditation, aimed at individuals who are experiencing anxiety or finding it difficult to move away from a stream of constant thoughts. Anxiety and stress can become so crippling. When our thinking mind runs freely without any control and we become lost in a negative cycle of thoughts it begins to impact every aspect of our lives.
The course is 5 weeks and you will be introduced to a variety of techniques that will help you make positive mental changes and impact your everyday life. Mindfulness, Visualisation, Relaxation and Breath Control techniques will be introduced so that you can unwind, refresh your mind and hopefully leave inspired to start your own practice.
Through Meditation we can begin to release negative emotions we have been harbouring, let go of anxiety and improve our sleep, creativity and focus. It has so many amazing benefits and through turning your energy inwards and connecting with whats inside, it helps you to interact more positively in the outer world.
**PLEASE NOTE: This course is taking a break on Easter Sunday (21st April), so will not run for that week. We have extended the date to the 12th May to cover the missed class**
