- **Event Description**: Our 8th annual Mantels for the Season will run from Friday, November 21st through Sunday, January 4, 2026, during regular museum hours of Wednesday-Sunday, 10am - 5pm. Come enjoy the whimsical fireplace mantels, festive trees, and cozy corners that will be set throughout the museum's 1801 Miles Lewis house and adjoining galleries. Each space will be festooned with seasonal and creative decor, featuring some of the special and unique clocks from the museum's collections.

This year’s participants are Betsy Gaudian, Bristol CT Diversity Council, Church of Eternal Light, and Torrington Savings Bank, plus group designs by John Avignone, Alyssa Peterson, & Amy Breakstone, and mother/daughter duos Catherine & Amy Hoerle and Kim & Marisa Ciccarello. 

Bring your family and friends to the museum to see this fun seasonal display! It’s also a great time for visitors to check out the museum shop for one-of-a-kind gifts to help round out your holiday shopping.

Mantels for the Season is included with museum admission.
