- **Event Description**: Join us in person to learn all the skills you need to become a workplace union organiser!About this EventJoin this IWW Workplace Organiser 101 training weekend to learn skills and tools for building a union in the workplace and making change.Discuss and practice workplace organiser skills in a friendly and supportive environment, assisted by experienced union organisers.This training aims to help you grow your confidence and knowledge to start organising with colleagues in your own workplace from the ground-up.The IWW approach argues that you don't need to rely on paid, external union organisers to build a union or win improvements to working condiitons or fight unfair treatment.
