We will be taking an in-depth look at all of the inversions that will truly inspire any dancer, aerialist, pole athlete, or circus enthusiasts to progress in their movement repertoire.
You do not need to know how to hold a handstand on your own, but ideally, you will be able to plank and downward dog with confidence.
This session is not suitable for anyone with wrist or should issues.
We will be looking at : Hand balances, crocs, headstands, handstands, conditioning appropriate for keeping a strong core, and general strength as well as essential flexibility training that will have you flipping upside down in no time and facing those little fears we have been avoiding.
