We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soothing sound bath designed to relax your body, open your heart, and welcome in the peaceful magic of Christmas.

Mats will be provided, but please bring:
• A blanket
• A pillow or cushion for comfort
• Warm socks or anything cosy
• A journal (optional)
