Doris Brendel & That Joe Payne: Live at Exchange, Bristol!
Acclaimed progressive-rock vocalists, That Joe Payne (ex-The Enid) and Doris Brendel (Fish) join forces for this rare double headline show. Accompanied by their bands, both acts will be performing new solo material.
Doris Brendel is one of the most accomplished and exciting live singers on the scene, putting on incredibly visual shows, with outlandish steam-punk costumes and even laser gloves.
Brendel has worked with some notable people over the years, including Alvin Lee, Gary Moore, Sam Brown, Joe Brown, Herbie Flowers, and has toured extensively with Marillion as well as Nils Lofgren, John Farnham and Steve Marriott. More recently she has completed 2 European tours - one with Wishbone Ash, plus 3 months on the road with Marillion’s Fish singing his BVs as well as providing the support.
