Community Fundraising training – the art of relationship management and business planning
The value of relationships has always been understood in Community Fundraising and these relationships have never been more important. This one day workshop for community fundraising practitioners will help hone and develop relationship management and business planning.
To enhance relationships we'll explore stakeholder mapping, effective stewardship, powerful conversations and maximising the impact of the supporter journey. With multiple priorities to manage in community strong planning skills are required. In this session we will explore planning tools, pipelines and budgeting.
