Celtic Tree Moon Sound Bath (6pm and 8pm)

Embark on a transformative journey with our series of sound baths, each held under the Celtic moon in the beautiful Anglican Chapel at Arnos Vale. Drawing inspiration from ancient Celtic lore and the unique energies of trees, these experiences offer a blend of sound, nature, and tradition.

Ancient instruments will support you to journey inwards into your subconscious and the bountiful universe of your intuition. Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums and other instruments will guide you into a relaxed, meditative state where you can access your theta consciousness. Here, profound insights can occur, and the body's natural healing systems activate.

Includes home-made raw, vegan, organic energy balls made with ceremonial grade cacao, to help bring you back to Earth.
