Through the world's first epic poem inspired by its remarkable story, Martin brings the famous tapestry vividly to life in a performance unlike any other.Created to mark the 1,000th anniversary of the birth of William the Conqueror, the evening combines poetry, storytelling and history, exploring the tapestry's symbolism, enduring mysteries and the fascinating questions that continue to captivate historians today. As Sir Tony Robinson remarked, "History, just the way I like it."Martin's performances have taken him from the Royal Albert Hall and the Edinburgh Fringe to audiences across Europe, the USA, China and the Middle East.
