Over two years ago, our dear friend Erik Stanton was diagnosed with a rare and terminal form of colon cancer. Since that day, Erik has faced this battle with incredible strength and courage. Despite enduring grueling treatments week after week, he continued to work tirelessly to provide for his family and support his three beloved sons.
Now, Erik’s condition has worsened, and he lives with excruciating pain every single day. His doctors have advised him to stop working, yet Erik still faces the heavy burden of medical expenses. In order to keep his insurance, he must continue to pay his deductible, all while trying to cover everyday living costs without his regular income.
So we are throwing a pasta dinner to try and help relieve some financial stress and burden. We will have raffle prizes and plenty of food. This event is an all age event so everyone is welcome. Erik is one of the kindest, most selfless, and giving people we know. He should not have to spend these precious moments worrying about bills or forcing himself to work through unbearable pain. This time should be about being with his family and finding as much comfort as possible.
All donations will go directly toward Erik’s medical bills and to help support his family during this difficult time. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference and allow Erik to focus on what matters most: his health and his loved ones.
