Beginners Yoga Course 3rd March
The course is designed to introduce you to and develop the fundamental poses and principles of yoga practice.
Suitable for new or long term beginner level students, and those who are returning to yoga after a break, this beginners class focuses on the introductory syllabus poses. Complete beginners are welcome to come to this course.
The course runs over 5 weeks Mar 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 at 9.45 - 11am on a Sunday morning
