Drift into deep sleep and awaken refreshed, nourished, and renewed.About this EventSettle in for a night of soothing gong vibrations and deep rest.Drift into deep sleep and awaken refreshed, nourished, and renewed. With Autumn in full bloom and winter drawing near, the days grow shorter and our bodies naturally long to slow down, replenish and restore. The Gong Puja is an all-night sound ceremony created by gong masters before us. Rooted in the understanding that ten gong baths in a row can deeply transform body, mind, and spirit. This immersive journey invites you to surrender into the nurturing embrace of the sound – an overnight sonic sleepover designed to restore and awaken.Guided by a collective of gong practitioners Claire, Craig, Linda and Magdalena we will begin with an opening ceremony, grounding into presence and offering our intentions before entering a night of nourishing vibrations.Through the enveloping soundscape of the gongs, you will be gently held, cradled in resonance, and invited to awaken renewed with the first light of morning.Come as you are.Rest deeply.Leave replenished.More information: : https://welcometosoundworksevents.as.me/...⸻What to bring? You are invited to bring anything you need to make a comfortable sleeping nest.
