from 1:00pm – 4:30pm.
Cher Color Vibes will be bringing their ‘Little Ceramic Studio’ to you to browse their shelves and glaze whatever special item you find. There will be a myriad of items to select from – ranging
from ‘functional type’ items to ‘decorative’ items. The picture presents only a small selection of what will actually be available. We are certain that you will find that ‘special item’ that’s just
for you.
Whichever you choose, you will have available a vast array of Glaze Colors (solid & designer colors) to select from. If you have never used Glaze or are new to the process, you’ll be provided lots of assistance from Cher & Nick of Cher Color Vibes to help you in completing your piece.
Since we will be using glazes in this workshop, once your piece has been glazed to your liking, we will be taking it to a kiln where it will be fired. You will be surprised with what will come back – clay transforms to glass, the colors become much more vivid and fluid and the piece will have a smooth, glassy coating – it will be beautiful!!
The firing process will take us up to 2-3 weeks, but we will let you know as soon as it’s out of the kiln and we will make arrangements to get you your piece.
The cost of the workshop ranges from $25 to $55 – depending upon what piece you select.
Bring the family or a group of friends. Or, come alone – painting is a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon.
