6 Week bootcamp
This 6 Week indoor bootcamp will run every wednesday at 6:30am until 7:30am from the 6th of March to the 10th of April in the sports hall at Horfeild Leisure Centre. This bootcamp will be a combination of individual, partner and teamwork using bodyweight, strength and aerobic exercises to develop strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. The bootcamp is designed to challenge you and will push you to your limits. Please bring water.
By purchasing a ticket I agree to inform the instructor of any changes to my health (including pregnancy). I confirm that I wish to participate in the boot camp which may include aerobic, resistance, bodyweight and other exercises involving stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities carries the risk of injury or death. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that I do not exercise beyond my own abilities, and accept full responsibilites for my actions.
