5 WEEK BOOTCAMP
Kick start your fitness or push to become even more and have fun whilst doing it. With this five week bootcamp start the journey to becoming the fittest version of you.
The 5 week bootcamp will be a combination of bodyweight exercises, strength exercises,partner drills and so much more. Designed to increase speed,strength and power, whilst providing both cardiovascular and muscular benefits.
We will also use a mixture of kettlbells, barbells, and other unorthodox equipment. There will be a variety of training environments using both the sports hall and the field using a vast array of equipment and training methods.
This bootcamp is designed to challenge all, NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.
The bootcamp will run every saturday morning at 7:45am - 8:45am for 5 weeks, from March 16th to april 13th.

By purchasing a ticket I agree to inform the instructor of any changes to my health (including pregnancy). I confirm that I wish to participate in the boot camp which may include aerobic, resistance, bodyweight and other exercises involving stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities carries the risk of injury or death. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that I do not exercise beyond my own abilities, and except full responsibilites for my actions.
