- **Event Description**: We’re fresh back from the Yarra Valley and inspired for our next Yarra Long Lunch, featuring one of our favourites of the region, Soumah. Those of you who have attended our Pinot and Chardonnay Long Lunches will know we love to pop their wines into our line-ups, but this is the first time we have dedicated an entire lunch to them – and it is long overdue! The reason we love this winery is the thoughtful planting according to their specific terroir, which has led them to the varietals of the Northern Rhone and Northern Italy. We look forward to introducing you to some of these exceptional styles, including a gorgeous Savagnin and a single vineyard Nebbiolo, alongside their more traditional offerings. We are also lucky enough to have Director of Sales Dmitri Lazariuc in town and joining us – having sat down over a glass of wine or two with him last week, we can tell you he is full of entertaining tales of the vineyard! The team at Rothwells will be putting together a delicious 3 course menu to match the wines – so join us for a cheeky escape to the Yarra over a lovely long lunch.
