8 Week Course
When: Tuesday evenings, 7.00 - 8.00pm
Dates: 24/31 Jul, 7/14/21/28 Aug, 4/11 Sep (all dates included in ticket price)
Pilates gets results. This class is influenced by traditional Pilates approaches, with a little yoga thrown in the mix. All fitness levels are welcome. This class addresses postural alignment, maintenance and injury rehabilitation, whilst working on suppleness and strength.
First Class: 24 Jul 2018 - 7.00pm to 8.00pm
Tickets are purchased as a Term pass (includes 8 sessions). Purchasing of single tickets in not avaliable. This course requires a minium attendance of 10 people to run.
