Dive into an immersive painting workshop with Colleen Sam, exploring techniques that use colours, symbols, and animals to tell powerful stories.

? The Corner take-over: Colour my world
Sat 28 June – Sun 6 July, 10 am – 12.30 pm 
Celebrate children’s rights to creative expression with sessions inspired by Barbara Piscitelli’s Children’s Art Archive. Enjoy custom dress-ups, construction play, pretend scenarios, and art-making activities that encourage imagination and voice.

⭐ The Corner take-over: NAIDOC next generation
Mon 7 July – Sun 13 July, 10 am – 12.30 pm
Each day throughout NAIDOC week, join us in The Corner for a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community heroes. Each session spotlights a different inspiring hero through stories, picture books, music and craft.

Enjoy a self-paced, low sensory scavenger hunt perfect for all ages and abilities. Discover hidden library spaces and stories at your own pace.
