WHY: In honour of Shrove Tuesday / Pancake Tuesday / Fat Tuesday - the holy pancake grail of the year!
WHAT: Eat all the buttermilk pancakes (butter and maple syrup included) you can in the 1 hour time, no toilet breaks allowed, no sharing, only whole pancakes count
