This is not your everyday yoga class, this is a chance to:

?Soak in the stillness of the surrounding forest
??‍♀️Feel grounded, yet inspired by nature’s vast beauty

All levels are welcome. Please bring a towel for this space is held in a dirt parking lot, a water, and a light jacket or sweatshirt in case the breeze joins our practice. Please dress weather appropriate. Wear your coolest sunglasses!

This class is designed to help you unwind breathe deep, and reconnect with nature and yourself. Expect feel good vibes, fresh forest air, and that post yoga glow! Come for the yoga and views, stay for the peace. Your mind and body will thank you!


Please Note: All outdoor yoga is weather permitting. In the event of rain, strong winds, too hot, or unsafe conditions sessions will be postponed or cancelled for safety and comfort for all participants. Weather updates will be shared via Facebook & Instagram prior to class time.
