What to Bring:
-Yoga mat/beach towel/ or blanket
-A few blankets (the cozier, the better!)
-Pillow or cushion for extra comfort
-Water bottle
-Your favorite crystal (optional)
-Weather-appropriate layers
-An open mind and a willingness to relax


What to Expect:

The more comfortable and warm you are, the better your experience will be. You'll be lying still for all the sound bath, and temperatures can feel cooler by the water.

The beach can also get windy, especially as the evening progresses, so we highly recommend bringing extra layers, socks, a hoodie, or additional blankets to stay cozy throughout the experience. However, if it's hot and humid out wear your bathing suit!
