In this cosy, nature-based setting, we'll welcome in a new season on the day of the Spring Equinox.
About this Event
The Spring Equinox represents hope and new beginnings; it's also the astrological start of the year. At this event, we'll come together to mark the return of the light and the beginning of Spring.
We'll drink cacao (pure chocolate made into a drink), draw an oracle card, enjoy some gentle grounded breathwork and connect with ourselves and nature more deeply.
You'll be led through a nourishing guided (journey) meditation in the cosy sanctuary of the yurt, nestled in nature.
The session will conclude with a delicious and deeply restorative yoga nidra (guided 'conscious sleep' meditation).
Exchange is £22 (plus allevents fee).
