Come and join me for a lunchtime reset for body and mind. Classes will explore classical yoga postures (some restorative, some stronger), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.

My approach is inclusive, friendly and playful, with an intention for you to leave the class feeling lighter in body and mind, and for this to resonate throughout your daily lives. This class is suitable for everybody, no experience necessary.
