Join Sam and Jessica Davies for an evening of deep restoration as we weave together two ancient healing practices—yin yoga and acupuncture—in a modern, gentle, and seasonally-aligned experience.
Yin & Pin is a 90-minute journey followed by 15 minutes of community connection, intentionally designed to help your body soften, reset, and remember its natural rhythm.
You’ll be invited to choose your flow:
**Option 1: (half the group) Begin with a calming acupuncture session and then melt into a nourishing yin yoga practice
**Option 2: (half the group) Move through your yin postures first and then settle into your acupuncture session for integration and rest
Either path will guide you into the quietude of Yin— *listening, receiving, softening, and allowing your body to return to its own innate ability to heal. This experience nourishes body, mind, and spirit, offering a taste of what becomes possible when Qi (energy) is gently refreshed and the nervous system is allowed to settle.
